Favorite Photo Friday (on Thursday)

I am aware that today is Thursday, but I will be out of town this weekend so I am going to go ahead and post my favorite picture that I took this week!


This is Lilly Jayde with her Maggie Moo cow. She loves this thing, it goes everywhere with us. I will soon make a post about Maggie Moo and tell you why we think Lilly loves her so much!

Playgroup Day

Every Wednesday we get together with a playgroup in our area. We just started the playgroup about 4 months ago and we have gotten very close with these families. As of right now, the group is just Lilly Jayde and 3 little boys...Jordan who was adopted by his forever family at age 2, Graham who was adopted by his Mommy at age 1 1/2, and Ben who was adopted by his forever family right after birth, just like Lilly! They are all very special children. We always look forward to our Wednesday mornings with the group. I am hoping that very soon we will get another little girl in the group. Until then, Lilly sure doesn't seem to mind having all the attention from the boys!

Meet Lilly Jayde

This is a video I took a little earlier to introduce Lilly to everyone! It is very noisy in the background (we had company over. lol) and also at the very end, my camera went dead so the video was cut short. ENJOY!

Its all new

Hi everyone,
I am just now starting this blog to share my daily adventures as a big sister! We got to bring Lilly home 2 days after she was born, we got her through domestic adoption. I hope to meet a lot of new people through this blog! I will update the blog daily and their will probably always be pictures because lets just say...I am a picture addict. Since we have had Lilly, I have taken about 6 hundred pictures of her. I want to be a photographer so she is awesome practice. I hope to get this blog looking cute very soon! I will do another post later on tonight or tomorrow! I hope you all enjoy my "Life With Lilly" blog!
